You will receive an email shortly with a Zoom link, as well as reminders before the appointment.

If you don’t have the Zoom App on your mobile phone yet, kindly download the Zoom App from your App Store. 

If you need to postpone or cancel the survey, you will find ‘Cancel’ and ‘Postpone’ clicks on the Zoom link.

At the scheduled time, go to your mail on your mobile phone, find the Zoom link e-mail and click on the link.
