We colour code sections or wings of floors to ensure the smooth distribution to the correct floor and section.
Colour Coded Labelling
We provide stick-on labels for each item that needs to be moved. The labels provide free-hand spaces to enter the owner’s name, the department, section and floor the item needs to be delivered to. The label is also colour coded in accordance with the detailed seating plan allocation of the owner.
Cartons versus Crates
We can provide Eco-friendly crates that are made from recycled hard plastic with a triple inter-locking lid. They are secure and tamper proof with double locking cable-ties. They also have a label window for colour-coding labels. Eco crates are ideal for confidential documentation, laptops, screens and smaller office equipment. Re-usable, saving on paper and carbon footprint.
